Antique Medal | St. Quirinus
The front of the medal depicts St. Quirin surrounded by the words “Saint Quirin Priez, Pour Nous” which means “Saint Quirin, pray for us.”
The back of the medal show the words “H. Quirinus, Vereerd te Zellik” which roughly translates to “Saint Quirin, honored of Zellik (Belgian town)”.
St. Quirinus of Neuss was a Roman martyr, said to have died in the year 116.
